Credit: Lindsey ByrnesOf Mice & Men has been working on a new album, and lead vocalist/bassist Aaron Pauley has offered an encouraging update on the band’s progress.
“Tracking for the new album is nearly complete,” Pauley writes on Twitter. “One final day left in the studio, then we’re hitting the road!”
The new album will be the follow-up to 2016’s Cold World, and the group’s first without ex-frontman Austin Carlile, who left the band at the end of last year due to his struggle with Marfan syndrome.
Pauley took over lead vocal duty following Carlile’s departure, and the band has since released two new singles: “Unbreakable” and “Back to Me.”
Of Mice & Men will be opening for In This Moment‘s tour this fall, which begins September 22 in Salt Lake City, Utah. In November, they’ll join Five Finger Death Punch and In Flames for a tour through Europe.
