ABC/Randy HolmesNext week, Thirty Seconds to Mars will release their long-awaited new single “Walk on Water.” Sadly, the single doesn’t currently have any accompanying artwork, but you can help solve that problem.
In a photo of a note handwritten on a napkin, frontman Jared Leto says, “My sincere apologies but I missed the deadline for the single artwork and now all I have is this stupid napkin. Yes, I know, not great.”
Leto adds that he “promise[s] to get something done soon,” and invites you to post your own artwork ideas on social media with the hashtag #WalkonWater.
Whether it has artwork or not, “Walk on Water” will arrived on Tuesday, August 22. It’s the first single from Thirty Seconds to Mars’ fifth studio album, the follow-up to 2013’s Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams.
