ABC/Paula LoboEngland’s Manchester Arena has canceled a number of upcoming shows, including concerts by Blink-182 and Radiohead, as the city and the venue continue to recover from the May 22 bombing.
Blink-182 was scheduled to play Manchester Arena on July 14, while Radiohead was supposed to headline a two-night stand at the venue July 4-5. Radiohead will instead play the Manchester Emirates Old Trafford on July 4, which was the site of Ariana Grande‘s One Love Manchester benefit concert. Options for a Blink-182 replacement concert are still being discussed.
Manchester Arena’s upcoming schedule also includes Linkin Park on July 7 — the venue promises “more info to follow” regarding that show. Other affected concerts include Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow on June 22, which has been canceled, and Celine Dion on June 25 and August 1, which have been postponed.
Manchester Arena is working towards reopening in September.
