Watch now: Papa Roach premieres neon “Periscope” video

Eleven Seven MusicPapa Roach has shared the video for their song “Periscope.” The clip finds frontman Jacoby Shaddix and singer Skylar Grey, who provides guest vocals on the track, pouring their hearts out while surrounded by neon lights.

“‘Periscope’ is inspired by love and being loved,” Shaddix tells Alternative Press. “And the realization that sometimes you might not be worth being loved, and the struggle within that — how much work it takes to make things work.”

“One part I think is really special [about the video] is when Skylar and I are in the shot at the same time but we’re not engaging with each other,” he continues. “I think that represents the disconnection within the song.”

“Periscope” appears on Papa Roach’s new album, Crooked Teeth, which also features the tracks “Help” and “Born for Greatness.”
