Deftones to release Swerve City IPA signature beer

ABC/Randy HolmesLast year, Deftones teamed up with the Belching Beaver Brewery to launch the band’s first signature beer, an IPA called Phantom Bride. Now, Chino Moreno and company have reunited with the San Diego brewing company for their second collaboration: the Swerve City IPA.

Swerve City, named after the song from Deftones’ 2012 album Koi No Yokan, will be available this summer. Additionally, Phantom Bride will be available in cans in June.

As if the Deftones/Belching Beaver partnership wasn’t already fruitful enough, the brewery says it’ll release three more limited-edition beers with the band.

Deftones will be touring North America this summer on a co-headlining trek with Rise Against.
