Linkin Park’s “One More Light” aiming for top-two debut on “Billboard” 200

ABC/Randy HolmesLinkin Park is on a collision course toward the number-two spot on next week’s Billboard 200. The magazine estimates that the band’s new, pop-oriented album, One More Light, will grab the runner-up spot on the chart with around 90,000 equivalent album units.

If the One More Light prediction holds true, all seven of Linkin Park’s full-length albums will have peaked in the top three of the Billboard 200. The band has reached the number-one spot on the chart five times in their career, most recently with their 2012 album Living Things.

Linkin Park will kick off a North American tour in support of One More Light July 27 in Boston. The outing includes two stadium dates with Blink-182.
