ABC/Randy HolmesParamore‘s new album, After Laughter, debuts in the top 10 of this week’s Billboard 200. The fifth studio effort from Hayley Williams and company arrives at number six on the chart with 67,000 equivalent album units, 53,000 of which were pure album sales.
After Laughter, which features the single “Hard Times,” is the third Paramore album to debut in the Billboard 200’s top 10, following 2009’s Brand New Eyes, which peaked at number two, and the band’s 2013 self-titled record, which bowed at number one.
Paramore will embark on a full-length North American tour this fall in support of After Laughter, starting September 6 in Jacksonville, Florida.
