ABC/Paula LoboAre you ready for Blinkin Park? Blink-182 and Linkin Park will play a pair of co-headlining stadium shows this summer, taking place July 28 at Citi Field in Flushing, New York and July 30 at Hershey Park in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Rapper Machine Gun Kelly will open both dates, while iconic hip-hop group Wu Tang Clan joins the bill for the Citi Field show.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public next Friday, May 12, but you can register for a May 9 pre-sale via Presale.LinkinPark.com.
To announce the tour dates, Blink-182 and Linkin Park star in a new Funny or Die video, in which they accompany two people on their first date. Some of their sample advice: “Don’t be sorry, be certain!” and “She won’t say ‘I kissed him’ after he rails against the system.”
The stadium shows fall in the middle of Linkin Park’s North American tour behind their upcoming album One More Light, which will be released May 19. Blink-182 will be supporting their latest effort, California.
